What is it?

The Achievements Race is a big game in which all GAMEVELVET members participates automatically as you get points for your game achievements and for participating in the Community.

There are three ways to access the list of possible achievements:

On the Achievements Wall you see what you achieved and your next achievements;
Check out what you achieved on your performance page;
From the game page clicking to view each game's achievements.

Ranging from 30 to 50 achievements per game.
Some achievements have a progress bar that indicates how close you are to your next goal. Others have many levels where you can get better at each step and by that, win more points.
Once completed, the game achievements are shown in your profile along with your trophies and in the "My achievements" tab at the Achievements Wall.

Velvet Achievements
(Participation Achievements)

Velvet Achievements are obtained by participating in the GAMEVELVET Community and have different values depending on the difficulty level and stage reached. The longer you are on GAMEVELVET (passport), the more shares, invitations to play accepted by friends among other actions, you accumulate points in the Achievements Race.

From time to time new achievements are launched to make the Raced challenge even more dynamic and fun. Keep an eye on our wall for great news!

Rules

Your patent on games

As you obtain 5 achievements in a game your patent rises one level.

For example: on Battleship the first patent is "Deck Hand". With 5 complete achievements you are automatically promoted to "Seaman", and so on. With all 50 achievements completed you get the "Fleet Admiral" patent.

How to score

Each game's achievements and patents are worth points for the Achievements Race ranking.
The Velvet Achievements are worth points for the Achievements Race as well.

Achievements Race Ranking

Besides the Achievements Race scoring with its specific scores, each achievement won in any game are worth 50 points to the Achievements Race.
And each game patent obtained is worth 35 points (except the first patent that is worth no points).
You are given a 10 point bonus per achievement when you complete all the achievements in a game.

Your scoring results from the

For example, if you have 12 achievements on Battleship (patent = 2) and 15 achievements on Guess the Sketch (patent = 3) your scoring will be: 715 points.

View:
20 points X 27

35 points X 5 = 540
+ 175 = 715 points.

For example, if you complete all the achievements on Hangman you will be given a 500 points bonus (10 points x 50).

"Important

The game achievements for the Achievements Race have different scoring for the Velvet Ranking.
The game achievements are worth 200 points for the Velvet Ranking.
